Pat Says Now mice are produced in manufacturing sites that meet the high quality requirements of our customers. Our mice comply with all national and international quality and safety standards such as CE, FCC and RoHs. In addition, we offer a three-year warranty on our mice. This assures that the mice are enjoyed for a long time and our customers can be sure that their message has a lasting impact on their customers’ desktops.
Environment
We care for the highest possible environmental friendliness over the entire product life, i.e. during manufacture, operation and disposal of our products. Pat Says Now fulfils the EU Directive Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, also called the "RoHS Directive".
The substances restricted by the RoHS Directive include lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium and flame proofing agents on the basis of polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE). Due to our careful handling of dangerous materials, Pat Says Now has fulfilled all requirements of the RoHS Directive.
Another important contribution to environmental protection is made by take-back programmes in cooperation with the EAR [index of used electric devices], where private customers and companies can dispose of used Pat Says Now Mice in an environmentally friendly way.
